The new hydrogen peroxide-gas generator Geschko MLT 07 is not only suitable for the classic pharmaceutical application but also for the disinfection of hygienic production plants, such as within the food industry, with the restoration of contaminated air handling units and the decontamination of mould-infested rooms.
We manufacture according to your specifications - Material Locks in all dimensions, Gas Tight Doors made from stainless steel, Isolators and Transfer Systems.
For production purposes we manufacture our well-proven Water Distillation Plant (WFI), Stainless Steel Piping systems and pressure Vessels for liquid mixing and holding.

A new technology for the highest possible product safety and quality
Hygienic standards in food production, which exceed government regulations for Foodstuffs with regard to durability and quality of the end product, are factors that have significant influence on the economic success of a product. It is therefore essential to establish a germ-free treatment and production environment.
The eradication of contaminants from the production environment, which would result in a product totally free of harmful substances, is an ongoing challenge since new contaminants such as bacteria, spores, yeast and viruses are constantly re-introduced to the production area by new raw materials and by handling.
In collaboration with the Vienna University of Life Sciences / Department of Biotechnology and the FH Campus Vienna, we have developed with Prof. Sterflinger and Prof. Bliem a highly efficient method for solving this problem, which is based on the benefits of using hydrogen peroxide vapour.
Our method permits complete hydrogen peroxide sterilization. The total sterilization by far exceeds legal requirements and thus guarantees the highest possible standard of safety for your product and your production environment.
The method is highly efficient, very environmentally friendly and relatively fast. Hydrogen peroxide vapour dissociates after the disinfection process, turning into water and oxygen, and hence there is no harmful residue. The use of this technology is totally innocuous and safe for your product, your employees and the environment.

Disinfection using hydrogen peroxide vapor has been used very successfully for several years in the pharmaceutical industry. This technology completely destroys all germs, fungi, spores and viruses in a room and on all surfaces therein. The method is highly efficient, very environmentally friendly and relatively fast. Hydrogen peroxide vapor dissociates after the disinfection process, turning into water and oxygen, and hence there is no residue. The application for the disinfection or destruction of harmful bacteria, or fungi in the industrial, commercial and private sectors is therefore highly desirable.
The disinfectants which are currently available have little effect on some specific microorganisms, and have even less effect on spores. A massive erradication of mold spores or colonies is usually not possible with conventional disinfectants. The hydrogen peroxide vapor technology is the only method that is effective against all microorganisms and is harmless for man and environment
The vaporized hydrogen peroxide is produced in a special high-tech device by evaporation of liquid (35% hydrogen) hydrogen peroxide. The steam is blown into the room until the required working concentration is reached. After the required exposure time of between 30 minutes and 2 hours, the hydrogen peroxide is either vented into the open air through a ventilation duct, or split into water and oxygen by introducing a catalyst.
A major advantage of hydrogen peroxide vapor is the short contact time required. In the hygiene sector with low bacteria levels, it is possible to use smaller spaces within 2 hours again.
In new plants with areas which require regular hydrogen peroxide disinfection, the system can be structurally integrated and connected to an existing control system, so that disinfection can be performed automatically outside of normal operating hours.
Microbial infestation in construction, living and working areas must be combatted not only because of the unsightly appearance and moldy odor, but also because of the proven health risks associated with mold and poor hygiene.
Prolonged exposure to microbes, especially spores, can cause numerous diseases (often referred to in literature as "sick building syndrome"). Some of the microorganisms, frequently found in places where people live and work which are known to cause diseases include the species Cladosporium, Penicillium, Alternaria, Aspergillus, Stachybotrys and many others. Typical diseases caused by exposure to bacteria and molds include allergies and asthma, all sorts of infections and chronic inflammation of the skin and lungs.
It is therefore essential to ensure high levels of environmental hygiene in places where people live and work and to minimize the occurrence of germs. Micro-organisms can be completely destroyed by vaporized hydrogen peroxide stopping the further multiplication of these germs. As a pleasant side effect unpleasant odors in affected areas are reduced significantly.
Our system has none of the typical side effects such as as high temperature, humidity, or aggressive chemistry associated with traditional methods of disinfection. The environment is not burdened in any way, since hydrogen peroxide, even when it is released, is broken down after a short time into the totally innocuous products water and oxygen. In this respect hydrogen peroxide can well be described as the only "green" biocide.
None the less, the reasons for microbial fouling, such as sustained high humidity, damp walls, soil moisture, faulty installation of piping or even insufficient ventilation need to be identified and adressed. Failure to remove the cause will, sooner or later, inevitably result in the re-introduction of new germs from the outside, which will again form a new mold layer.
The renovation of older buildings is frequently a challenge with regard to the afore mentioned problems because of the lack of a highly effective disinfectant. Unless the entire building is completely gutted and rebuilt, he bacteria levels in the redeveloped areas will often be as bad as before and health risks will remain high. A complete germicide before the renovation will help eliminate this problem especially since our technology reaches and completely sanitizes otherwise inaccessible spaces such as manholes, air spaces behind paneling and wall linings.
Unpleasant smells that originate from these spaces are eliminated.
A particularly attractive area for the application of hydrogen peroxide vapor disinfection is the remediation of contaminated ventilation and air conditioning systems, which costs only a fraction of what it would otherwise cost.
The offer of PEA-CEE includes assistance with the planning of the use of hydrogen peroxide disinfection method for restoration projects and the implementation of disinfection including the provision of all necessary equipment and materials. If desired, the devices can also be purchased commercially or through leasing – we also offer training in the use of the equipment.
The effectiveness of disinfection can be shown upon request by appropriate microbiological testing by an independent party. For each disinfectant PEA-CEE creates a report. Optionally reports of certified experts for both construction as well as for Microbiology can be requested.
